About Dr. Arshad

Dr.  Arshad comes from a centuries-old traditional family of healers (Vaidya). He is regularly invited to various countries to do healing work and workshops. His forte is in the treatment of serious diseases/injuries and general health care. Neuro Muscular Wave Therapy is one of the family’s healing speciality. 

Dr. Arshad was personally trained and mentored by his late grandfather, Vaidya Peery Mohammed, a well-known traditional physician and marma guru. He also studied under other Vaidyas and gurus and immersed himself in experiential healing. 

Dr. Arshad also received formal accreditation and professional training from reputable institutions.

HERBAL TEA

– Boil some water

– Put some herbs in the water

– Boil the herbs for 1′-2′ or pour them with hot water

– Steep for another 5′

– Strain the tea into the cup

MUKHABHYANGA

KIZHI

NJAVARAKIZHI

Njavara Kizhi is one of the most popular therapies used for the purpose of rejuvenation.
This massage helps to nourish body tissues and heal all damages. Njavara Kizhi can be used in treating conditions which affect nerves, muscles, bones and other soft tissues. Because of the nourishing property of Navarra Rice this treatment is widely used in rejuvenation therapies.

ELAKIZHI

Elakizhi is performed with a cloth bag containing specially prepared herbal leaves. This is one of the classical Ayurveda massages for the conditions resulting from Vata aggravation.
Elakizhi can Improve the strength of the muscles, bones, joints and associated body tissues. Generally used in treating conditions like arthritis, paralysis, neuromuscular conditions, herniated disc, sciatica, joint pain etc.

 

PIZHICHIL

Pizhichil is another rejuvenation therapy used against Vata aggravated conditions. Warm herbal oils are poured all over the body in a rhythmic fashion followed by a gentle massage. This treatment is commonly used as part of rejuvenation therapies because of its great potential in rejuvenation and revitalization of body tissues. JANU VASTI

Janu Vasti is another treatment similar to Kadi vasti performed over the knee joint for arthritis and other degenerative conditions affecting the knee joint. This treatment helps reduce stiffness and pain over the knee joint and helps restore mobility faster.

CHAVITTI UZHICHIL

Chavitti Uzhichil this massage is adapted from Kalari (Martial Art) for protecting and balancing the Marma energy flow. The whole massage procedure is performed with feet with the support of a rope attached to the ceiling. It’s a deep acting massage useful for revitalizing the body tissues.

KADIVASTI

Kadivasti is a treatment performed on the lower back, mainly for back pain resulting from Herniated disc and Sciatica. Warm medicated oil is retailed on the lower back with the help of a dough ring fixed on the affected area. The warmth of the oil inside ring is maintained throughout the treatment. A gentle massage is performed after the treatment to heat and oil properly over the lower back.
